Windows · the GM pays once
Run the game from one app.
TableForge is a Windows app for the GM. It holds the character sheet, the fight, the rules, the people in the campaign, and a map of the region. A player uses the same downloaded app on a PC, or joins from a phone on your Wi-Fi. Only the GM pays. The license is $20, once.
One-time license $30 $20
TableForge is still being built. I will do my best to find and fix issues that come up. Send a bug, issue, or idea.

Character sheet
This screen is one character. It shows the name, ancestry, class, armor class, initiative, hit points, and speed. The buttons spend a resource, mark inspiration, or take a short rest or a long rest. The player sees this same sheet in the app on their PC, or on their phone.
Campaign Codex
This screen is the campaign’s notes. The list on the left is the pages you have written. The page open here is the Millcross ferry: who runs it, where it crosses, and that it does not leave after dusk. Calder and the party are the other pages in this set.
Session Planner
This screen is the list of sessions for the campaign. The Calder Road is marked completed. Ashwood Fog is the one planned next. The counts on the left show how many sessions are planned, finished, or still to run.
Chronicle
This screen is the story so far, in date order. The line shows three days: the party met in Calder, took the Millcross ferry, and then lost the road in the fog. Select a day and the note for that day opens underneath.
Battle table
This screen runs the fight. The column on the left is the turn order. The middle is the creature whose turn it is, with hit points, armor, and attacks. The column on the right is a log of what has already happened. Creatures are added from the bestiary.
Compendium
This screen is the rules library. The list is the spells. Select one and the school, level, casting time, range, components, and description open beside the list. Ancestries, classes, backgrounds, and gear are in the same library, along with anything you add yourself.
Campaign map
This screen is the region the party travels through. It is not a battle grid. Calder Reach shows the towns, the river, the road, and the woods. The party token marks where the group is. You can add a pin, measure a route, hide the parts they have not reached, and share the map with the players.
World Forge
This screen is one person in the campaign. It stores the name, job, ancestry, class, armor class, and hit points. You can type them in, or generate someone and then edit the result. The same tool also keeps places.
Session table
This screen is what you keep open during play. It shows the in-game date, the time of day, and the weather. There is a checklist, a list of quests, and a box for notes about the scene. The buttons move the clock forward or roll the weather again.
Player phone
This screen is what a player sees on a phone after they sign in. It lists their sheet, the party chest, the battle table, the campaign map, notes, and the rules. A player can also sign in on a PC, using the same downloaded app. Either way they are on your Wi-Fi. Only the GM pays for the license.
Also in the same campaign
Notes
A notebook for lore and handouts. A note can link to a person, a session, or a place.
Party chest
The shared bag of coins and gear. A player can open it from their phone or from the app on their PC.
Loot
Rolls a hoard and can send the coins and gear to the party chest.
Sound
Plays the ambience you added, under the scene you are running.
